La SNCF devrait se méfier de “l’effet Streisand” en la matière… Il est plus utile qu’elle communique bien sur un blog ultra bien référencé même si au départ le blog présente des récriminations : elle aurait eu une plate-forme d’excellente publicité gratuite, pour montrer qu’elle était à l’écoute de sa clientèle. Au lieu de cela, … gare aux retombées négatives et la démultiplication des parodies sur le tégévé… ça peut aller très vite !
