Victoire ?! Un journaliste français a osé poser LA question sur LA rumeur au Président Nicolas Sarkozy…
Marseillaise ! Tambours ! Trompettes ! VICTOIRE ! Nous tenons notre nouveau héros ! Après deux ou trois jours de honte et d’indignité nationales, au cours desquels, hors du net, seuls d’excellents médias étrangers (farce) osaient parler de LA rumeur ; LA rumeur sur laquelle aucun d’entre-eux n’avaient enquêté… Après que des vigilants du net aient vu là, la démonstration éclatante que les journalistes français sont tous des carpettes, des lâches, des vendus à la solde du pouvoir, des pelés, des galeux… Après que la moindre objection sur la mécanique de propagation de LA rumeur ait été assimilée à une sale solidarité de caste. Enfin… L’honneur est sauf. Et notre libération est venue du Monde. Entre ici Arnaud Leparmentier…

Alors même que je découvrais, pétrifié par tant d’audace, cet acte de bravoure journalistique (cherchez le pléonasme ou l’oxymore, ça dépend de vous), en en discutant, avec mon ami Salam93, je me suis rendu compte – exactement en remontant, en voiture, de l’Avenue de Saint-Ouen à la Place de Clichy (je dis ça pour les greffiers) – à quel point nous sommes tombés bas.
Nous en voilà réduits à nous extasier qu’un journaliste français ait “fait le job”. À nous congratuler qu’un gars, du “papier” en plus, ait osé poser LA question, une fois, au Président Sarkozy. On en est là… Vous noterez, au passage, la grande précipitation de ses collègues français pour relancer derrière lui (on me souffle dans l’oreillette qu’une question c’est déjà bien et qu’un british a tenté de poursuivre, cf la vidéo ci-dessous).
Alors…
Devons-nous pousser des cris de joie parce qu’un journaliste français a posé LA question sur LA rumeur à Nicolas Sarkozy, lors d’une conférence de presse, à Londres ?
D’abord et forcément oui.
Parce qu’il faut poser toutes les questions qui se posent quand on est journaliste.
Et, aussi, surtout, celles qui ne se posent pas.
Mais, immédiatement, dans un second temps, la réponse à la question sur LA question (vous me suivez ?) m’apparaît moins évidente.
Parce que quand on a suivi de près le “chemin” qui a conduit ces médias internationaux à se jeter sur LA rumeur – je répète et je crie : PAS LE MOINDRE FAIT ! (si l’un d’entre-vous a un fait, un seul, même la moitié d’un, va, qui accréditerait LA rumeur, ma boîte mail est à sa disposition, j’ai dit un FAIT…) – on se dit que vraiment, là, si la question était devenue inévitable, elle ne repose pourtant absolument sur rien.
Bref.
Rule n°1 Je ne vais pas me pâmer parce qu’un gars a fait le job.
Rule n°2 Je suis tétanisé quand je regarde la coulée de boue qui rend la question incontournable.
Rule n°3 Je me décompose, je me liquéfie, même, quand je me rends compte que le journalisme français est en si piteux état, que cette question, à la fois nulle et inévitable, fait d’Arnaud Leparmentier l’homme du jour (hier).
Et, au fait, qu’est-ce qu’il a répondu le Président, à LA question ?
Bah on s’en fout non ?
Du moment que quelqu’un lui a posé LA question…

Des reportages sur la rumeur d’une liaison naissante Carla Bruni – Nicolas Sarkozy avaient envahi jusqu’à la nausée les kiosques à journaux, bizarrement beaucoup de timidité sur la rumeur d’une séparation. Mais c’est fou comme la vie sexuelle des puissants se réduit à des parties limitées à Saint-Germain-des-Près où sévit Benjamin Biolay.

@Lovely, c’est vrai que d’ici en PACA, bord de mer, la Rumeur s’écrivait Rhumeur. Enfin , nous savons cela s’écrit rumeur.
Pourtant, ce matin encore 2° au soleil. Va falloir que je négocie ma taxe d’habitation auprès du maire pour payer les frais de chauffage.
Avec moins de 7% d’intention de vote sur l’ensemble des inscrits, Sarkozy a vidé ses dernières cartouches, si on peut dire.
A sa décharge, il n’est pas servi par ses ouailles.
Si j’étais U.M.P j’irai me cacher bien loin et bien profond.
A ce stade il n’est peut-être pas inutile de dire que Ch. Jouanno a déclaré (chat sur nouvelobs.com) que cette rumeur est ignoble, et atteint son honneur et sa famille. Et que par ailleurs N. Sarkozy l’a qualifié d’élucubrations.
D’une part, on leur doit cette précision, et d’autre part c’est sidérant de voir la puissance que twitter a, puisque sur la base de ce vide total de fait, deux des principaux intéressés en sont déja réduits à devoir la commenter. C’est très triste. Le fait que N. Sarkozy s’amuse avec les médias depuis des années ne rend pas la chose moins choquante à mes yeux !

Je suis dans un état de décomposition très semblable au tiens – je viens de non-lire ton non-billet sur la non-question (et sa non-réponse) et le fait qu’elle vienne d’une rumeur fondée sur aucun fait ni sur aucun non-fait.
C’est *là* juste parce que c’est *là*, comme un bouton sur le visage d’un adolescent stressé parce qu’il a peur d’être stressé par un bouton qu’il vient de faire naitre en palpant sa peau à la recherche de ce fichu bouton qui le stresse depuis cinq minutes.

Au passage, autant faire de mon non-commentaire quelque chose de vaguement (in/con)structif et rappeler une leçon de grammaire bien stressante de nos années collège. J’ai eu une crise d’angoisse acnéique à la lecture du premier paragraphe: “après que” est suivi de l’indicatif ou du conditionnel.
Donnez moi une demi-seconde de réflexion?..pour assimiler tout ça?
A force de faire les choses à moitié…notre président,n’est plus que la moitié de lui même!

Question pratique qui me turlupine : à supposer (je dis bien à supposer et je m’en fous complètement) que Sarko ait une liaison avec Chantal Jouanno, comment feraient-ils pour se rencontrer, et où, dans la plus totale discrétion ? Ah que c’est beau l’anonymat du citoyen (et de la citoyenne) lambda qui peut pénétrer dans n’importe quel hôtel pour louer une chambre dans l’après-midi !
Pourquoi accorder tant de place à un non-évènement? Il n’y a rien de plus dévastateur que l’indifférence (voir tous ces gens qui meurent dedans). Mais je comprends votre volonté d’introduire un peu de moralité dans le jeu. Ça n’a rien à voir, mais j’en profite que je tiens le crachoir : cette semaine j’ai acheté le décodeur TNT. Hier soir, après un intéressant documentaire de France5 sur l’autopsie d’un bébé mammouth mort il y a plus de 40000 ans (il semble que les mammouthaux aient été coprophages comme le sont les éléphantaux), je suis tombé sur SarkoInfo. C’était le best of de la semaine. J’ai trouvé très anxiogéne la répétition des images du combat de karaté dans lequel compétitait (et hurlait) C. Jouanno. Je pense que c’était volontaire mais je n’ai pas saisi le but poursuivi. Peut-être l’effet best-of. Bon.
@ VieuxMoutard euh, je ne vois rien d’anxiogène là dedans, ni de volontaire au demeurant. Juste des images répétées, pour obtenir un effet comique
franchement, il a surtout montré un désir de gloriole et le manque de courage de poser une question sur la remise en case possible au nom de l’intelligence de la politique économique, ou les services publics, ou de la politique africaine ou …. pas d’un truc qui ne nous regarde pas et dont nous nous foutons si nous sommes normalement constitués

Je voulais dire que C. Jouanno en karateka hurlante m’a paru anxiogène (et un peu ridicule); je ne comprends pas ce qu’elle cherche en s’exhibant ainsi. N. Sarkozy a eu été anxiogène aussi, maintenant il sombre dans le ridicule total. Il a quelque chose du général Boulanger.
